The platform still holding my account and banned to withdraw

At first they will allow you to withdraw the capital and the little profit then the next time you deposit and traded it they will hold your account then force you to pay personal income tax. They will ban your account and hold the balance, even if you paid the personal income tax already they have some alibi for you not to withdraw your money and still banned your account.
