没有任何通知，账户就被冻结了

我的一个客户，名字叫德瓦什日,账户 ID82095。他于2023年3月27日开的账户，本金 5000 迪拉姆，根据公司规定，存款后 3 个月后可以随时提款。德瓦什日在 6 个月后请求了出金，因为想为儿子买一辆车（在 WhatsApp 聊天中明确提到这一点）但是在他提交出金请求后，他的帐户已被冻结。没有更新，没有说明利润金额。

As per company's rule withdrawal can be done anytime after 3 months of the deposit.

My client has requested his capital amount after 6 months because he wanted to buy a car for his son ( clearly mentioned in WhatsApp chat)

After submitting the withdrawal request, his account has been blocked. No update, not releasing profit amount
